Your word against theirs? Not anymore. SnapProof is a timestamp camera for the moments when the time and place matter. Take a photo or video inside SnapProof and the date, time and GPS location are locked in at the moment of capture. Share one link, and anyone can check the record in a browser. They do not need the app. WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR Moving out and moving in Walk through each room on move-in day and again at move-out. A dated move-out inspection, room by room, is the simplest way to answer questions about your security deposit. Works alongside any move-in checklist or rental inspection form. Car accidents Capture all four sides of each car, the plates, the damage and the wider scene before anyone moves. Your car accident photos carry the time and place they were taken. Insurance claims and home inventory Record water damage, storm damage or a break-in before you clean up. Keep a home inventory with photos of each room, serial numbers and receipts, ready if you ever need to file a claim. Job sites and contractors Take job site photos before work starts, at each stage and at the end. Before and after photos and construction photos with the date and location attached make it easy to show a client what was done and when. Incidents and harassment Keep an incident log with a dated photo or video for each entry. Useful for a problem neighbor, a noise complaint, or anything that keeps happening. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open SnapProof and take a photo or video. It works like your normal camera. 2. The time stamp, date and GPS map location are locked in when you capture. 3. Save it, or send a link. The person who receives it can check the record themselves. WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS PAID Capturing is free. Every photo and video gets the same time and location record. The free copy carries a "PREVIEW COPY" mark. A clean full copy without the mark is a one-time purchase, for when you need to hand it to a landlord, an insurer or an attorney. One price per incident, not per photo. There is no subscription. PRIVATE BY DESIGN SnapProof certifies a digital fingerprint of your file, never the content itself. We check the fingerprint. We never look at what you captured. Location is only recorded when you allow it. GOOD TO KNOW SnapProof records when and where a photo or video was captured inside the app. It cannot confirm the date of older photos from your camera roll.
