Southbound Pool Care

Southbound Pool Care is an offline workspace for recording pool service activity. Create and update customer and pool profiles, schedule service visits, change visit status, complete checklist items, and record water-test readings. Keep local records for equipment, inventory quantities, expenses, service descriptions, and quotes. The toolkit estimates pool volume for rectangular, round, or oval dimensions. It also calculates turnover time from gallons and flow rate, and service cost from labor, travel, materials, and markup inputs. Estimates can be saved to local history. The app does not measure water chemistry, monitor equipment, optimize routes, process payments, or fetch live business data. Readings, service details, costs, and statuses are entered manually. The included customers, pools, visits, readings, inventory, expenses, quotes, and revenue summaries are editable example records. App data is stored in a local database; there is no account sign-in or built-in cloud sync.
