SpeedFIT — Speediance to .FIT

Your Speediance workouts as standard FIT files for Garmin Connect. If you own a Speediance Gym Monster and want your strength training data in Garmin Connect, SpeedFIT gives you full control. No Garmin password needed — just sign in to Speediance, pull your workouts, and export each one as a standard .FIT file you upload yourself. The .FIT format is supported by other fitness platforms too — feel free to try uploading anywhere that accepts standard FIT files. WHY MANUAL EXPORT ✓ Your Garmin login stays with you — SpeedFIT never asks for it ✓ Upload directly to Garmin Connect — or try other platforms that accept .FIT ✓ Decide which workouts ship and which stay private ✓ One file per workout — keep a backup, share with a coach, or upload from another device WHAT'S IN EACH FIT FILE ✓ Original Speediance workout name preserved ✓ Per-set details: reps, weight, work time, rest time, volume ✓ Workout stats: total time, work time, rest time, calories, total reps, total sets, total volume, power output (kJ) ✓ Heart rate samples over the workout timeline, with average, maximum, and per-set peaks ✓ Muscle group / body-part tagging — body heat maps populate correctly when you upload to Garmin SMART EXERCISE MAPPING Garmin's exercise library doesn't use the same names as Speediance. SpeedFIT picks the closest matching Garmin-compatible equivalent for every Speediance exercise (and the right muscle category, so heat maps populate correctly). Not happy with our pick? Edit the exercise on whatever platform you upload to — your sets, reps, weight, and timing data are preserved either way. APP FEATURES ✓ Export any Speediance workout as a standard .FIT file ✓ Files saved to your Downloads folder — share or upload from there ✓ Smart duplicate detection — never re-exports the same workout ✓ Encrypted on-device credential storage for Speediance ✓ One-time purchase ($14.99) — no subscriptions, ever ✓ See your real workout data before you buy: connect, browse, inspect every parsed metric PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN SpeedFIT runs entirely on your phone.
