Report standby even without a machine. See your own timesheet. A reminder if a shift looks left open. Your language now stays with your account. Steadier sync on weak signal.
Log shifts, scan equipment and report breakdowns from the site.
Force is the operator app for Strong Plant's equipment fleet. It replaces paper shift sheets and WhatsApp photos with one record that reaches the office the moment the network does. WHAT OPERATORS DO WITH IT • Start and end a shift by scanning the QR label on the machine — no typing asset numbers, no picking the wrong one from a list. • Log hour-meter and odometer readings with a photo of the gauge, so every number has evidence behind it. • Record fuel entries, attachments fitted, and the condition of the machine at handover. • Report a breakdown the moment it happens, with photos, so the workshop knows before the machine is back at the yard. • Hand a machine over to the next operator cleanly, with both shifts on record. BUILT FOR THE SITE, NOT THE OFFICE • Works with no signal. Everything is written to the phone first and syncs by itself when coverage returns — a quarry floor or a basement raft does not stop a shift being logged. • Big targets, high contrast, and a 4-digit PIN unlock, so it works in gloves, in sun, and in a hurry. • GPS is captured only at the moments that matter — shift start, shift end, and equipment reports — to confirm the work happened where it was logged. There is no background tracking. • Bilingual interface for mixed crews. ACCESS Force is a private workforce app. Accounts are issued by Strong Plant to its own operators and contractors; there is no public sign-up. If you have not been given a username by your supervisor, this app will not do anything for you.
