Nirvana Member is the official companion app for members of Nirvana Luxury Hotel, Ludhiana. Sign in with your Member ID to manage your club membership from your phone. What you can do: • Digital membership card — your membership card with member number and tier, always in your pocket. • Dues & balance — check your current account balance and the date you are paid up to. • Payments & receipts — view your payment history, download receipts as PDF, and pay dues online where the club has enabled online payment. • QR check-in — check in at the club by scanning the club's QR code at reception. • Reward points — track the loyalty points you earn on visits and spends, and request rewards from the club. • Club updates — browse offers, facilities, restaurant, banquet, events and affiliated clubs, and send booking requests. • Member queries — message the club team and get replies right in the app. • Profile — keep your contact details up to date (changes are reviewed by club staff). This app is for existing members of Nirvana Luxury Hotel only. Sign in with your Member ID and the password you set during first-time setup, which is verified with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile.
