Want an alert near your train or bus stop without guessing the arrival time? GeoAlarm lets you choose a destination on the map and receive a location alarm when you enter the surrounding area. SET AN ALARM FOR YOUR NEXT JOURNEY • Search for a station, address or place, or choose it on the map. • Set your alert distance. Use a larger margin for faster journeys or weak location coverage. • New alarms turn off after the first alert. You can also choose recurring alarms, active days and time windows. • Choose arrival or departure alerts, vibration and phone-speaker output. Preview the sound before travelling. CHECK YOUR DISTANCE WITH LIVE RADAR Start the optional Live Radar from an active alarm card to see distance updates in an ongoing notification. Stop it when you no longer need it. Radar is separate from background location monitoring. ADD AN OPTIONAL BACKUP COUNTDOWN Choose a time-based backup reminder alongside your location alarm. The countdown starts or restarts when you save or enable that alarm, and its remaining time appears on the alarm card. It is independent of GPS availability: it does not detect tunnels or estimate arrival. WHAT IS INCLUDED The free version supports up to 5 active location alarms and includes banner ads. Optional Pro supports up to 100 active alarms, lets you choose custom system sounds, and removes banner ads. Sound testing, location monitoring and the backup countdown are available without Pro. You can also support development with an optional tip or rewarded ad. LOCATION AND ANDROID SETTINGS MATTER Precise and background location access are needed for background alerts. Android restrictions, notification settings and location coverage can delay or prevent alerts, including in tunnels. A larger alert distance provides more margin but does not guarantee a warning time. The sound preview tests audio, not arrival detection. YOUR LOCATION AND DATA GeoAlarm does not record a history of your movements or attach GPS coordinates to advertising requests. Saved alarm destinations stay in the app's local storage and may be included in Android backups. Google services used for maps and ads may process identifiers, interactions, diagnostics and IP-based approximate location under their own privacy policies. No GeoAlarm account is required.
