Upload a true resume. ROLE writes an ATS packet and applies on the company site.
ROLE turns a true resume into a tailored application and sends it on the company's own career page, not Easy Apply. You see every confirmation. HOW IT WORKS 1. Resume. Upload a true resume. ROLE never invents employers, titles, tools, dates or numbers. 2. Lock three jobs. ROLE hunts those roles plus one step up in the same family. Not intern. Not another career. 3. Packet. For each posting ROLE writes an ATS resume and a cover letter from your facts only. Both must score 85 or higher before anything is sent, and ROLE aims for 99. 4. Apply. Hands-Free sends a ready packet on the company site. Review first waits for you to tap Approve and send. Targeted works on one URL. Manual means you send it yourself. YOU STAY IN CONTROL A new account starts with Auto Apply off. Nothing is sent until you choose Hands-Free. Applications go out in your name, at most 2 per company per day, inside your plan's monthly cap. A captcha or a real block is skipped, and the packet stays so you can send it yourself. AFTER YOU APPLY Every send has a receipt in Tracker. Connect a mailbox if you want: ROLE reads only messages from employers and job sites you applied to, for confirmations, interviews and offers. Other mail is ignored and not stored. PLANS Plans set your monthly send cap, and each starts with a free period. Demo Mode lets you look around, but it cannot send applications. YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA You need a ROLE account: sign in with Apple, Google or X, with email and password, or with an emailed sign-in link. ROLE keeps your resume, jobs, packets, saved answers and receipts so it can apply for you. Your resume and job details are processed by third-party AI providers to write packets, and your application goes to the employer you chose. Passwords for company career pages are saved only if you choose to, and only to open a page you authorized. ROLE does not sell your resume and does not log into LinkedIn or Indeed as you. Download my data and Delete account are in Settings. Deleting removes your profile, resumes, jobs, packets, receipts and sign-in record. More at https://tryrole.app/delete-account.
