SMS messenger with auto OTP copy, self-sorting inbox & private locked chats.
Messages is a fast, free SMS messenger and text messaging app that replaces your default messaging app with an inbox that sorts itself. Every day your inbox fills up with OTPs, bank alerts and offers, and your real chats get pushed down. Messages puts each text in its own place, copies verification codes with one tap, and keeps private chats behind a fingerprint lock. Set it as your default SMS app and texting gets easy again. Smart Inbox That Sorts Itself Every text goes to the right place: Personal, OTP, Transactions or Offers. Your real chats stay on top and promotions stay out of the way. One-Tap OTP Copy Messages sees a verification code the moment it arrives and puts a copy button on the notification. No opening the app, no selecting text, no typing mistakes. Translate Any Message Read a text in your language and reply in theirs, right inside the chat. Works offline once you download a language. Private Space With Fingerprint Lock Move any chat into a locked space and protect it with your fingerprint or a PIN. Locked chats stay out of the main inbox and out of your notifications. Chat Wallpapers And Themes Pick a gradient or photo wallpaper for each chat, or match your Home and Lock screen. Dark mode and light mode included. Schedule Text Messages Write now, send later. Birthday wishes, reminders and work messages go out at the time you pick. Emergency SOS Pick your emergency contacts once. After that, one tap sends them an SMS with your live location. Spam Blocker Messages filters promotional and scam SMS for you, and you can block any number for good. After-Call Screen Ended a call or missed one? Reply by text right from the call summary. MMS And Group Chats Send and receive photos, video and group messages, with the same inbox and the same controls. SMS Backup And Restore Save your texts and bring them back when you switch phone. Reminders And Starred Messages Star a message to find it later, or set a reminder on a text you need to act on. Fast SMS Search Find any SMS, contact or number across every chat. Set As Your Default SMS App Messages has to be your default SMS app to work, so it asks for SMS, MMS and contacts access to show and send your texts. Setting it takes one tap, and you can switch back any time. Make Messages your default SMS app and enjoy texting again.
