TsTenant is the tenant app for property managers who keep their books in TSBooks: rent, the lease, repairs and messages with the property manager, in one place. PAY RENT • The balance and when rent is due, at a glance • Pay from a saved bank account or card, with any card fee shown before paying • Autopay: set up once and rent is paid each month, with a reminder the day before • Every charge, payment and credit on the account REPAIRS • Ask for a repair with photos from the camera or the photo library • Follow each request: the scheduled visit, replies from the property manager and when it's done • Reply with more photos at any time MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS • One conversation with the property manager • Notifications when rent is due, a repair is scheduled or a reply arrives THE LEASE • Rent, deposit, dates, late fee and everyone on the lease • Documents to sign, the move-in report and renters insurance open in the property manager's portal, already signed in SIGNING IN A property manager invites each tenant by email. The invitation link signs the tenant in the first time; after that, signing in takes an email address and a six-digit code. Face ID or a fingerprint can lock the app. TsTenant works with property managers who use TSBooks.
