Tovilo – Routine Planner

A little structure. A little more room for you. Tovilo is a calm routine planner for the things you want to make time for. Build a morning ritual, organise a focus session, or create an evening reset. Keep your steps simple and return at your own pace. PLAN YOUR DAY See tasks grouped into morning, afternoon, evening and anytime. Mark a step complete, undo a completion, skip today, snooze a reminder, or add a note. MAKE ROUTINES YOUR OWN Group steps into reusable routines or create standalone tasks. Choose daily, selected weekdays, monthly or one-time schedules. Add times, notes, duration, categories, priorities, and start or end dates. Pause a routine when you need a break. CHOOSE GENTLE REMINDERS Pick a soft chime, warm bell, your device sound or silent notifications. Set advance reminders, vibration and quiet hours. Reminders work locally and follow your device's notification and battery settings. SEE YOUR RHYTHM Explore plans and recorded history in Calendar. View weekly completion patterns and routine progress in Insights. Skips and misses are distinct from completions. KEEP PLANNING OFFLINE No account is required for core planning. Routine details, notes and history stay on your device. Export a JSON backup and restore it when needed. Keep backups safe: uninstalling the app or losing your device can remove local data. KEEP IT COMFORTABLE Enjoy a clean interface, light and dark themes, 12- or 24-hour time, and your preferred week start. 14 AD-FREE WELCOME DAYS Start without ads for your first 14 days—no payment or signup required. The welcome period does not automatically turn into a paid subscription. After it ends, the free app may show labelled banners and optional rewarded videos. There are no forced full-screen ads during planning. All core planner features remain free. OPTIONAL TOVILO PLUS A monthly auto-renewing subscription removes all advertising while active. See the local price before purchase. Payment and renewal are managed by Google Play. Cancel in Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the paid period ends. Restore or manage purchases from the app. Routine content is stored locally. Optional usage analytics can be enabled in Settings; your routine names and notes are not included in the app's analytics events. Advertising, purchase verification and optional push delivery use third-party services described in our privacy policy.
