Whether you work with configuration files, documentation, or structured data, Yaml File Editor gives you a clear editing space designed for readable YAML on mobile. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Open YAML files from device storage using the system file picker • Create new YAML files from scratch • Edit content with undo, redo, search, replace, and YAML validation • Save and Save As using Android Storage Access Framework • Choose Light, Dark, or System themes • Optional syntax highlighting and adjustable editor font size • Recent file history stored locally on your device Yaml File Editor focuses on practical YAML editing. You select the files you want to work with, and content stays under your control during the editing session. EDITOR TOOLS Work through YAML with tools that support careful editing: • Search and replace across your document • Go to a specific line • Validate YAML structure before you save • Copy, paste, cut, and select all • Line wrapping and font size options in Settings Yaml File Editor uses the Storage Access Framework so you can choose where files are opened and saved. Recent references help you return to files you opened before, without storing complete YAML contents in preferences unnecessarily. WHO IT IS FOR Yaml File Editor is useful for developers, system administrators, students, and anyone who needs to review or update YAML on Android. You can manage configuration snippets, compose new documents, and check structure before saving. HOW FILES ARE HANDLED When you open or save a file, Yaml File Editor uses that content only for the editing task you request. YAML content is processed on your device whenever technically possible. The application does not upload your YAML file contents to a server for editing. CONNECTIVITY AND ADS An internet connection is required to use Yaml File Editor. Network connectivity supports application operation and advertising services provided by Google AdMob (App Open and Interstitial ads). Unnecessary external network calls are not made for YAML editing itself. GET STARTED Install the app, open an existing .yaml or .yml file, or create a new one, then edit and save when you are ready.
