The app helps technicians manage their assigned work efficiently, access important job details, complete installations, and verify that devices are successfully installed and communicating. Key Features Work Orders View allocated work orders along with customer contact details, site address, and installation requirements. Device Installation See which tracking device needs to be installed for each work order and start the installation process directly from the app. Installation Details Enter the required installation information as you progress through the job and keep the work order updated. Installation Validation After installing a device, technicians can validate whether the installation was successful by receiving and verifying device packets. Technician Schedule View scheduled work and plan installation visits accordingly. SIM Swapping Swap the SIM associated with an existing tracking device installed on a customer's vehicle when required.
