WinFast is now Plainfast. A calmer, more honest fasting timer: full history free, a new dial, and home screen widgets that keep time at a glance.
Honest intermittent fasting timer: 16:8, OMAD, long fasts. No quiz, no ads.
Plainfast is the honest fasting timer and intermittent fasting tracker. Start a 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 or OMAD fast in one tap and watch a calm dial count the hours. No sign-up quiz, no account, no ads. Plenty of fasting apps open with a long quiz and a paywall. Plainfast opens with the timer. Every fast you log stays in your history, free, for as long as you use the app. WHAT IT COVERS - Intermittent fasting with 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD (one meal a day) presets, or a custom fasting target - Extended fasting: the clock keeps running past your goal, so 24, 36 and 72 hour fasts are timed hour by hour - Water fasting logged the same way as your daily eating window - A 10-phase fasting timeline of what typically happens as a fast goes on: glycogen use, the shift toward fat burning, ketosis, and the hours that research often links to autophagy KEY FEATURES - A plain dial that shows time elapsed, time left and your current phase at a glance - Home screen widgets - Reminders for the start and end of each fast - Full fasting history, streaks and stats, all free - Weight tracker, plus mood and glucose logs after each fast - Export your fasting history as a CSV file - Dark mode that is designed, not just inverted WHO IT IS FOR - Beginners trying 16:8 intermittent fasting who want a simple timer, not a program - OMAD and 20:4 regulars who log every day - Anyone who does an occasional 36 or 72 hour fast - Fasting for women and men alike: track quietly, without a quiz about your body first PRICING Free: the fasting timer, all presets, the phase timeline, full history, streaks, stats, logs, widgets and reminders. Premium (monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime unlock) adds unlimited custom presets, adding past fasts, and mood and glucose correlation charts. Plainfast is a timer and a log, not medical advice. If you are pregnant, diabetic, take medication or plan a fast longer than 24 hours, talk to your doctor first.
