First release of KUBER+ for Android.
Gas station day book: key the closing sheet, see over/short, reconcile the safe.
KUBER+ is the day book for US gas stations and convenience stores. A cashier or manager keys the day's sales, tenders and cash movements on a sheet that mirrors the store's paper closing sheet. KUBER+ computes over/short, reconciles the safe, and gives the owner a dashboard and reports across every store. • Key a shift in minutes on a phone keypad, or photograph the paper sheet and let KUBER+ read the numbers • Sales, lottery, fuel by grade, pay-outs with vendor and receipt photo, pay-ins, drops and the safe count • Over/short on every shift and every day, with the history of who changed what • Cash count by denomination, with your own count units (rolls, straps) • Daily summary and period reports as PDF, shared or printed • Owner dashboard across all your stores; managers and cashiers see only theirs • Invite your team with their own sign-ins and roles • Works on a slow connection: what you key is saved on the phone and sent when you are back online Start with a free trial.
