HOW SECURITY VAULT PROTECTS YOUR DATA • Saved vault content is encrypted on the server using Fernet authenticated encryption, which uses AES-128 for encryption and HMAC-SHA-256 to check data integrity. • Your account password and master password are stored as bcrypt hashes. • Unlock your vault with your master password. You can also enable authenticator-based two-factor authentication and biometric access on supported devices. • Vault sessions expire, and repeated unlock attempts are limited. Keep your important information organized in Security Vault. Save and manage your passwords, generate strong passwords, and keep backup or recovery codes in one place. Add private Secure Notes for information you want to remember. Store images, PDFs and text files as encrypted Secure Files. You can preview supported files in the app without saving a separate copy to your device. Use Money Ledger to track money you have lent or borrowed. Record payments, check remaining balances and keep track of due dates. Security Vault uses server-side encryption: the service manages the encryption key and decrypts your content when you access it. It is not a zero-knowledge or end-to-end encrypted service.
