UDAN HESS O&M is a mobile BMS operations and maintenance tool designed for residential battery equipment. It is intended for enterprise maintenance personnel, after-sales service teams, and technical support engineers. The app supports remote cloud connectivity, enabling users to view real-time BMS data, device status, and alarm information, as well as perform device control and parameter configuration. When a device is offline or network connectivity is unavailable or unstable, users can connect to the device via Bluetooth to view battery data, control the device, and configure parameters. This supports on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
