This app allows sole proprietors to keep track of their accounting records using only their smartphones. By entering sales, purchases, and expenses, it automatically generates sales, purchase, and expense ledgers, providing all the necessary figures to transfer to the income and expense statement during tax filing. No registration or login is required. There is no limit to the number of records, and it's completely free to use. ■ For people like this: ・Those who file white tax returns and keep records in notebooks, by hand, or using Excel. ・Those who don't want to pay an annual fee for accounting software. ・Those who want to record transactions on the spot at their shop or workplace without opening a computer. ・Those who find it difficult to enter a year's worth of data all at once before filing their tax return. ■ Easy to use ・Enter amounts using a calculator (addition and tax-inclusive calculations are done directly). ・Record everyday expenses like rent and communication costs with just one tap. ・When entering multiple entries in a row, simply select "Next" with the date and recipient remaining the same. ・When you select a payee, the same category and description as before will be entered. ・Categories can be searched by word, such as "gasoline" or "train." ・Daily sales can be recorded in a single line. ・You can attach photos of receipts and invoices to your records. ・Record immediately by long-pressing the home icon. ■ For your tax return: * Display numbers in the same order as the income and expenditure statement (general use) * Expense categories use the same names as the income and expenditure statement * For expenses shared between home and business, such as rent and electricity, determine the percentage and only record the business portion * Inventory values and details by sales and purchase customers are also included ■ Export and Save * Print and save the ledger as a PDF (with monthly and yearly totals) * Export as a CSV and open in Excel * Import Excel or CSV ledgers and switch to a new system mid-year * Search the ledger by counterparty, description, and amount * Backup ensures peace of mind even when changing devices (including photos) ■ Operates only on your device * Recorded information is never sent externally.
