My UPS is the official mobile employee portal for UPS Industrial Services workforce members, providing secure and convenient access to all employment-related information in one place. The app allows employees to view and manage their personal profile, employment status, job classification, and identification documents. Employees can access their complete pay history, view detailed pay stubs, and check current vacation and sick leave balances at any time. Job scheduling is available through an interactive calendar that displays current assignments in daily, weekly, or monthly views. Employees can also browse available future job opportunities and submit their interest directly through the app. A complete job history with status tracking is accessible for reference at any time. The app provides a centralized view of certifications, safety training records, and compliance status to help employees stay current with requirements. Company training courses and materials are accessible through the integrated Absorb LMS platform. Employees can view their organizational hierarchy, including their manager, direct reports, and team members, as well as access company notices, policy documents, and announcements in various formats including PDFs and spreadsheets. My UPS supports secure login with biometric authentication including fingerprint and face recognition. Access requires authorized UPS Industrial Services employee credentials and is intended for registered employees only.
