About this app
What should I wear? A closet organizer that builds outfits from clothes you own.
What should I wear? Wardrobe is a closet organizer and outfit planner that builds today's outfit out of the clothes you already own. No account. No server. Works offline. Most of us own more clothes than we wear, usually because we forget what we have. Wardrobe puts your whole closet on one screen and does the deciding for you. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • It knows what is in the wash. Mark a garment as laundry and it stays in your wardrobe but stops being suggested until it comes back. Almost no other closet app does this. • It knows the temperature. Outerwear is required below your cold threshold and dropped above your warm one, and both thresholds are yours to set. • It matches your style. Pick a profile — Classic, Gothic, Minimal, Sporty/Street or Boho/Romantic — and outfit scoring follows it. • It remembers what you wore. A wear calendar keeps suggestions varying instead of repeating the same three outfits. • It is honest about your clothes. Stats show what you never wear, what you wear most, what you have not worn for longest, and how much of your wardrobe you actually used this month. • It never asks you to sign up. No account, no server, no trackers, no ads. HOW IT WORKS Photograph a garment, pick a photo you already have, or add several at once from your gallery. The background is removed automatically, on the device, so your closet looks like a catalog rather than a camera roll. Add a category and you are done. The first time, Wardrobe guides you through one outfit in three pieces, so you see it work before loading in the rest of your closet. Once a few garments are in, the Outfits tab proposes complete looks: a top, a bottom or a dress, shoes, and outerwear when the weather calls for it, scored on color harmony, formality and season. WHAT YOU GET • An unlimited virtual closet — no cap on garments • Style profiles: Classic, Gothic, Minimal, Sporty/Street, Boho/Romantic • A home screen widget with today's outfit • Outfit suggestions that stay stable through the day, plus a Regenerate button • Share an outfit, your wardrobe grid or your sizes with friends, or ask them to pick between three options • Favorites, to keep the combinations that worked • Filters by category, season, color and availability, combined however you like • Automatic daily backup to a folder you choose, plus manual export • English, Italiano, Deutsch, Français, Español, Português, Dansk, Nederlands, Ελληνικά, Polski, Svenska, Română, Magyar, Български; light and dark theme PRIVACY, IN PLAIN TERMS Wardrobe has no account and no server. Your photos, garments and history stay on your phone, unless you choose to share something. There are no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no trackers. If you turn on the weather feature, an approximate location is sent to the weather service — truncated to about a kilometer, never stored. Decline the permission and you type the temperature yourself. Sharing a card uses a link with a fixed campaign tag per card type, the same for every user and tied to nobody: no tracking. Photos are re-encoded when saved, and every piece of metadata goes with them — including the GPS coordinates a phone camera writes into every picture. GOOD TO KNOW • Background removal uses a Google Play services component: the first garment takes a few seconds while it is fetched, and where Play services is missing the original photo is kept. • The weather feature needs a network connection and approximate location permission. Both are optional. • There is no sync between devices. Use the backup file to move your wardrobe. • Android only. There is no iPhone version. WHO IT IS FOR For anyone who opens the wardrobe with no idea what to wear, who wants a clothing organizer in their pocket while shopping, who is building a capsule wardrobe, or who wants to match colors without guessing. Everything in the app today stays free, with no ads.
