ZenTalk for Agents is the mobile app for support and sales teams that already use ZenTalk on their websites. Answer live chats, pick up visitor calls and keep every customer conversation moving while you are away from your desk. This app is for team members only. You sign in with the ZenTalk account your team gave you. There is no account creation in the app, and you need an existing ZenTalk workspace to use it. INBOX See every open conversation from all your websites in one place. New visitors, live chats, idle chats and snoozed chats are grouped so you know who needs you first. When the AI assistant hands a chat over to a person, it lands right here. If your workspace has WhatsApp, Facebook or SMS connected, those threads show up in the same inbox. CHAT Everything you need to help a customer from your phone: * Canned replies for answers you send often * Whisper notes that only your team can see * AI reply suggestions and a rewrite option for your own draft * Turn the AI assistant on or off for a single chat * Send and receive photos and files * Send a payment link to a customer right in the chat * Snooze a chat, turn it into a ticket, email the transcript, or close it when you are done VISITORS See who is on your websites right now, which page they are reading, where they came from and whether they are already chatting with you, a teammate or the AI assistant. CALLS Website visitors can call you from the chat window, and the call rings on your phone like a normal call, even on the lock screen. Answer with one tap and keep the chat open while you talk. If your workspace has a phone number, you can also take phone number calls and dial out from the built in dialpad. Your call history keeps track of incoming, outgoing and missed calls. MESSENGER Chat with your teammates in a private team messenger without leaving the app. NOTIFICATIONS Get an alert the moment a new chat starts or a customer sends you a message, so nobody waits for a reply. ME Switch between your workspaces and manage notifications, call settings and appearance. Workspace owners can view their numbers and wallet balance.
