QRBoard – QR & OCR Keyboard

QRBoard is an Android keyboard with built-in QR and barcode scanning, camera text recognition and customizable themes. Access scanning and text insertion directly from your keyboard while you type. CODES AND TEXT FROM YOUR CAMERA Scan QR codes and barcodes using your camera. Use OCR to recognize printed text in Latin scripts. Freeze the image, select the area you need and insert the recognized text. Camera permission is required for camera features. A LAYOUT FOR YOUR LANGUAGE Follow your phone’s primary language automatically or choose a keyboard layout manually. Layouts are available for Hungarian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Romanian, Russian, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch and Arabic. In portrait mode, additional language-specific letters also appear in dedicated rows. Dots mark keys with more characters available on long press. COLORS AND DARK MODE Choose from eight color themes. Use light mode, dark mode or follow your system setting automatically. The keyboard, selection panels and setup screen share a coordinated appearance. YOUR WORDS, YOUR DICTIONARY Hungarian and English base dictionaries work offline, and the suggestion bar recognizes typos and offers the correct word. Save new words to your personal dictionary. Long-press + to choose between saving a word and searching online. In Settings you can turn on Wiktionary suggestions while typing. This is off by default; when on, the word you type is sent to Wiktionary for the selected language, and a result you pick is added to your personal dictionary. Nothing is ever sent from password fields. Export your personal dictionary, the text items of your clipboard and your copied e-mail addresses to a file, and import them again while keeping existing items. Google Drive can be selected in the Android system file picker when it is available on your device. This is manual backup and restore, not automatic synchronization. YOUR CLIPBOARD AT HAND Paste recently copied text and images from the keyboard's clipboard panel with one tap. Copied e-mail addresses are also kept separately – the last five, with the most used one first. Images are inserted directly when the field supports them, otherwise they are placed on the system clipboard. Clipboard capture is off in password fields and for content marked as sensitive. EMOJIS, GIFS AND STICKERS Browse categorized emojis, GIFs and stickers. GIFs, stickers and online dictionary lookup require an internet connection. Inserting media as an image depends on support in the receiving app; some fields accept a link instead. Try the keyboard in the test field in Settings. To use QRBoard, enable it and select it in your Android keyboard settings. Requires Android 10 or later.
