What you can do with Vayil Vendor • Sign up and create your vendor profile to receive customer enquiries • Receive and respond to enquiries with job details and expectations • Create and send quotes with clear scope, pricing, and timelines • Get customer confirmation + advance payment before starting work • Create milestones so work is structured and trackable • Add materials under milestones to keep scope and cost transparent • Update progress by milestone with status updates and photo proof • Request milestone payments once work is completed for that milestone • Final milestone sign-off where the customer reviews finished work (images) and approves completion • Get ratings and feedback that builds your credibility for future jobs Why vendors use it • Less payment chasing • Fewer scope disputes • Better customer trust • Cleaner execution with structured milestones and materials • A repeatable system to scale beyond referrals Vendor availability depends on service area rollout (starting Coimbatore-first).
