Ghosts show up near you and gather at real haunted places, and the rare ones keep to the spots with the strongest stories. Walk up, raise your camera, and capture them. Every ghost is one of a kind No two spirits are the same. Each one has a name, an era, a backstory and a mood, and the one you catch on your corner is not the one your friend catches on theirs. Ask them anything Talk to your ghosts in real time and they'll talk back. They remember you. They have opinions. Ask how they died, what they want, or what they think of your street. No two captures play alike Capturing a spirit means winning one of 14 minigames, from sealing a ward to herding wisps to playing a haunted song note by note. A legendary ghost won't be caught until you win its minigame. A haunted house to call home Your Sanctuary is where your ghosts live. Open new rooms, decorate them, and give each spirit a place to settle in. A daily tarot draw Once a day, shuffle the deck and pick one of three cards. The card you turn over pays out Ectoplasm, experience or a sealed chest, and gives you a reason to go back out tonight. Keep them close or lose them A ghost you ignore is a ghost you lose. Neglect one too long and it slips away, off to haunt someone who actually shows up. Other hunters walk the same streets, and your spirit could become theirs. Out-hunt the neighbors Every week you're placed in a league with hunters at your rank. Everything that earns you experience that week counts toward the standings, and placing well pays out. Ghost tours you can walk Take one of 39 walking ghost tours, from Boston's old burying grounds to Mexico City's Centro Histórico. Your own ghost walks with you and tells the legend at every stop. Tours stay on public streets and plazas, and you can leave whenever you like.
