BP Care is a private daily wellness journal that keeps your health records and routines together. Record and review: • Blood pressure readings from your blood pressure monitor, including systolic, diastolic and pulse values • Blood glucose in mg/dL or mmol/L, with fasting, before-meal and after-meal context • Heart rate entered manually or estimated with the optional camera-and-flash wellness tool on supported devices • Weight and BMI • Daily water intake and hydration goals • Steps, walking activities and sleep routines Helpful tools: • Clear history and easy-to-read trends • Flexible reminders for health logs, hydration and bedtime • Relaxing sleep audio and user-started sleep tools • Practical health articles with source links • General AI-assisted health information for non-emergency questions • Customizable units and a local profile • No account required for the main features Privacy and transparency: • Health records are stored locally on your device by default • Camera frames used for heart-rate estimation are processed on the device and are not uploaded • Optional bedside audio is saved locally when you explicitly start recording • Approximate location is requested only when you choose local weather • AI messages must be sent securely to our service and model provider to generate a response • The app contains advertising and uses analytics, diagnostics and messaging services as described in the privacy policy Important: BP Care is for general wellness tracking and education only.
