Track daily health records, habits, reminders, and personal trends.
VitalTrack is a personal health journal for keeping the information you choose to record in one place. It helps you review day-to-day entries and habits without presenting itself as a medical device.
Record daily health information
- Add blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, water intake, and mood entries.
- Use on-device text recognition to copy numbers from a blood pressure or glucose meter screen, then check and edit them before saving.
- Keep manual sleep entries, or use a movement-based sleep-time estimate while the app is open. The estimate does not identify sleep stages.
- View steps recorded by the device's step sensor when permission and hardware support are available.
- Calculate BMI from the height and weight you enter. Body-fat percentage is shown as a population-based estimate, not a measurement.
Review records and habits
- See recent entries on a daily dashboard and in a chronological health timeline.
- View simple rule-based charts and notes from the records you have entered.
- Keep meal notes with optional calories and macronutrients that you enter yourself.
- Scan a packaged-food barcode to look up available product information, or analyse a food photo on the device. Review the food, serving, and nutrition details before adding them to the journal.
- Set daily water, steps, or sleep goals and view progress from recorded data.
Other tools
- Create medication reminders on your device. Reminders do not replace instructions from a doctor or pharmacist.
- Use the rear camera and flash for a camera-based heart-rate estimate when supported by the device. This estimate does not replace a medical device or ECG.
- Export recorded data as CSV or PDF when you choose to share it.
Privacy and important information
VitalTrack stores the health records you create locally on your device. Product lookup can require an internet connection. Some functions need device permissions or compatible hardware.
VitalTrack is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Check unusual or persistent results with a qualified health professional.
