Keep one line from a book. Meet it again right before you forget it.
Read it. Remember it. Live it.
You finish a book and a month later almost nothing is left. Re:Read is built for that gap. It is not an app for reading more books. It is an app for keeping more of the one you just read.
SAVE WITHOUT BREAKING YOUR READING
One line is enough. The book, the page, your own thought and tags are all optional, so saving never turns into paperwork. Type it, paste it, or photograph the page and tap only the lines you want.
MEET IT AGAIN BEFORE YOU FORGET
Re:Read schedules each note with FSRS, a modern spaced repetition algorithm, and reminds you locally. Review starts with recall: you try to remember first, then the original is revealed. You grade how it felt, not whether you were right. There is no score, no accuracy rate, and no pressure put on your memory.
TURN A FEW OF THEM INTO ACTION
Some lines are worth doing, not just remembering. Write a practice in your own words, set how often, and check it off on a simple weekly row. Most notes never become practices, and that is the intended shape.
EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-up. No ads. No servers holding your library. Your books, notes, thoughts, reviews and practices live in a local database on your device, and the app works completely offline, including text recognition from photos.
Because your data is yours, you can export it to a single file any time and import it back on another phone. That is free and always will be.

WHAT RE:READ IS NOT
It is not a reading tracker that pushes you to finish more books. It is not a quiz app that grades you. It is not a social feed. It is a quiet place for the few sentences that were worth stopping for.
