Walkie-talkie & intercom app using Bluetooth earbuds for noisy environments
Vocari is a **private**, cross-platform phone-to-phone communication and file-transfer app for Android and iPhone. It lets nearby people talk through compatible Bluetooth or wired earbuds and headsets, and transfer files directly between phones, without a Wi-Fi router, internet connection, mobile data, cellular voice service, user account, or cloud-based communication service. Looking for a walkie-talkie app, Bluetooth intercom, two-way radio alternative, headset communication app, nearby voice chat, or direct file-transfer tool? Vocari combines live two-way earbud audio, optional speech-to-text, and direct device-to-device file transfer. HOW VOCARI WORKS • Connect compatible Bluetooth or wired earbuds or a headset. • One person hosts a Vocari session. • The other person joins by scanning a QR code or entering the Join Code. • Start talking naturally in both directions. Vocari creates a direct nearby phone-to-phone connection. No traditional phone call is required, and the local session does not require a Wi-Fi router, internet connection, or mobile data. CROSS-PLATFORM COMMUNICATION Vocari is designed to connect compatible Android phones and iPhones directly, allowing Android and iPhone users to communicate through their connected earbuds or headsets. DIRECT FILE TRANSFER Vocari also includes PASS file transfer. Select “Transfer a File,” choose Send or Receive, connect the phones, select one or multiple files, and transfer them directly from one phone to the other. The receiving user can choose where files are saved on their device. Direct file transfer does not require email, cloud storage, a Wi-Fi router, internet access, or mobile data. BUILT FOR NOISY ENVIRONMENTS Vocari is designed for situations where normal conversation becomes difficult, including aviation and airport ground operations, workshops, garages, industrial environments, construction sites, field work, live events, restaurants, bars, crowded venues, marinas, rider groups, and nearby teams. A WALKIE-TALKIE ALTERNATIVE FOR EARBUD USERS Traditional walkie-talkies and two-way radios often require dedicated hardware and push-to-talk operation. Vocari uses the phones and compatible earbuds or headsets you already carry to provide live voice communication in both directions. OPTIONAL SPEECH-TO-TEXT AND TRANSCRIPTS Vocari includes optional speech-to-text that displays spoken conversation as live on-screen text. Users can enable persistent transcript bubbles and save a transcript to their selected location for later reference. PRIVACY FIRST Vocari does not require a Vocari account to start a session. Its core nearby voice and file-transfer functions are designed around direct device-to-device communication rather than public broadcasts or cloud-hosted conversations. FAST, FLEXIBLE CONNECTION Create a Vocari session and connect another phone using either a QR code or Join Code. Vocari is designed to make nearby communication and file transfer practical without specialized radios, complicated setup, or additional network infrastructure. USE THE DEVICES YOU ALREADY OWN Whether you were searching for a walkie-talkie app, Bluetooth communication solution, phone-to-phone intercom, two-way radio alternative, headset communication system, nearby voice chat, direct file-transfer app, or communication tool for noisy environments, Vocari gives you another way to communicate and share files using the phones and earbuds you already carry. Download Vocari and communicate directly across Android and iPhone.
