App of the Order Management suite to make external takeaway orders
The Order Management – Takeaway app integrates with the Order Management system, allowing customers to place takeout orders from the comfort of their home, without having to call. 🍽️ Ideal for pizzerias and restaurants offering takeout and delivery services 🍽️ How it works - for the Customer: ✔️Install the app ✔️Import the "ticket" received from the restaurant manager by clicking "MANAGE TICKET" and then "ADD A TICKET" ✔️Click "NEW ORDER" and select the delivery time, courses, and drinks you want. ✔️Click "SEND ORDER" and wait for the food to be delivered. Benefits - for the customer: ✔️You have a constantly updated menu, including prices, and can choose what to eat at your leisure. ✔️You can view the order you just placed with the total amount due, and if you've forgotten something, you can place a new order with the dishes you want to add (MAX 2 open orders). ✔️You can specify your desired delivery time. ✔️The app only works when the takeout/delivery service is active, so you don't run the risk of waiting in vain. How it works - for the manager: ✔️The manager, in the "Settings" screen of the Order Management app, activates the "Delivery Service" checkbox and specifies: the time slot in which reservations are accepted, the days on which the reservation service is active, and the default expiration date for generated tickets (this operation only needs to be done once). ✔️The manager then clicks on the "Generate Takeout Ticket" menu item and enters the details of their establishment and the customer to whom they wish to send the ticket, and can optionally modify the ticket's expiration parameters (validity months and eligible orders). ✔️The manager sends the ticket to the customer via traditional messaging methods. Advantages - for the manager: ✔️You don't need dedicated staff to receive takeout calls. ✔️Order slips are automatically printed at the appropriate stations. ✔️No order errors due to disrupted calls. ✔️You choose the time slot and days to receive orders. ✔️The service can be deactivated at any time by unchecking the relevant box on the "Settings" screen. How much does it cost? The service is free for customers.
