Alarm clock for heavy sleepers: an AI calls you and talks until you're awake.
Your alarm doesn't just beep. It calls you — and keeps talking until you have proven you're awake.
Made for heavy sleepers and chronic snoozers. When WakeYa rings, an AI voice starts a conversation: it can greet you by name, it asks you something your brain has to wake up to answer, and a mumbled "okay" won't get you out. Try every feature free for 7 days — no card, no login.
SIX CALLERS
• The Skeptic — dry, unhurried, wants proof
• Gentle Coach — warm, patient, never harsh
• Drill Sergeant — loud, and zero negotiation
• The Commentator — your wake-up, commentated live like a cup final
• The Butler — impeccably polite, utterly immovable
• The Boss — strict, brisk, all business
On a live call, each one reacts to what you say. Hear every voice first, or let WakeYa surprise you each morning.
YOUR BUDDY AND THE STARTER PASS
A little buddy lives on your home screen, dressed as your caller. Every morning earns up to three stars — awake, quick, still up — that raise your level and seven badges. The starter pass gives a reward at every level up to 25: titles, frames, new buddies, moving backgrounds; a few come with Premium. Nothing is random, and nothing is taken away.
HOW YOU PROVE IT
Choose the wake-up test yourself, or let the caller surprise you: solve a small math problem out loud, repeat a phrase word for word, count backwards in threes or sevens, say what you're getting up for, or hold three words through the whole call and give them back at the end.
THREE DIFFICULTY LEVELS
None of them has a snooze button — the alarm ends when you are up. The level decides how soon you may give up: Gentle at any time, Standard after a minute, Relentless only after three.
THE GET-UP PROOF
Five or ten minutes after the alarm — you choose, or switch it off — WakeYa comes back and checks that you stayed up. Run a tap and let your phone hear it (on the device, offline), or solve a math problem on the number pad.
QUIET WAKE-UP
Sharing a room? Wake to a soft tone and vibration instead of a voice — three tones, each at its own volume. The proof is your only way out, and if it hasn't come within five minutes, the alarm gets loud.
BUILT SO IT ALWAYS RINGS
If the network, the AI or anything on our side fails, WakeYa falls back to a classic alarm tone.
FAJR PRAYER MODE
WakeYa follows your local Fajr time, recalculated daily, with an optional offset for suhoor. Pick your city from 34,000 built in, or enter coordinates — no location permission, and your location never leaves your phone. Four respectful Fajr callers, from gentle to strict: never mocking, and the AI never recites religious texts. Quiet reminders for all five daily prayers, a month view of the times and the last third of the night for Tahajjud. A prayer tracker lets you tick off the five prayers and look back over 30 days, kept only on your phone. No recorded adhan — WakeYa is the voice that keeps going until you are up for it.
ALSO IN THE APP
Wake profiles for work, weekend and Ramadan, a gentle volume ramp, skip an alarm once, bedside clock mode, timers, a stopwatch, one-off events, habit reminders, and eight ready-made looks in light and dark. The app speaks 76 languages, and the live call 97.
PRIVACY IS THE PRODUCT
No account, no sign-up, no ad tracking, no analytics SDK. There is no database with your name in it, because there is no database. Your wake-up history stays on your phone.
FREE AND PREMIUM
Everything is free for 7 days. After that, WakeYa stays a complete alarm clock for free — alarms, get-up proof, profiles, prayer times and tools — and your caller's voice reads pre-recorded lines. Premium unlocks the live AI: it knows your name and your recent mornings, and talks back. Live calls run on Google Gemini, Google's AI for real-time conversation. Premium includes 3 live wake-up calls a day, up to 5 minutes each; beyond that, the recorded voice takes over.
