Fishing log that logs for you: one-tap catches, GPS trips and on-device fish ID
FishBytes is a fishing log that does the logging for you. Press once when a fish hits and FishBytes saves the spot, the time and the fight. Your trip route records by GPS in the background, so you spend more time fishing and less time on your phone. Log a catch in one press: - Log Catch tile in Quick Settings, or long-press the FishBytes icon - Flic 2 Bluetooth button you can clip to your hat or life jacket - Catch notification with quick actions: edit the catch, add a photo, or mark it lost Let your phone do the rest: - Fish identifier: species ID from your catch photo runs on your phone, so your photo is never uploaded - Already have catch photos? Choose them and FishBytes finds the fish and builds your past trips for you - Every trip records your route with each fish pinned on the map, including the ones that got away See how you're doing: - Every fish gets a tier, ranked by length against the Master Angler mark for its species - Scorecard adds up your best five fish, the way a tournament scores a bag - Species index of the biggest bass, walleye, pike and every other species you've caught - Stats for hours on the water, trips, and longest and heaviest fish, by year or month Your spots stay yours: No public feed and no map of other anglers' spots. Your fishing journal is stored on your phone, and trips, catches, photos and species ID all work without signal, perfect for kayak fishing. Only the maps need a connection.
