Book in a few steps • Choose the branch, the specialty and the doctor, or let any available doctor take you. • Pick one service, or up to five services in the same visit. • See the free times straight from the clinic and choose the day and time that suit you. • Book for yourself or for a family member. Your appointments in one place • Upcoming and past appointments, each with its status and payment. • Reschedule or cancel an appointment. • Follow the live queue on the day of your visit. • Rate your visit when it is done. Your account • Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code, no password. • Keep your profile and medical information up to date so your doctor knows about allergies and chronic conditions. • Add your children, spouse or parents as family members. • Arabic and English. • Delete your account at any time from the Account tab. Payment is taken at the clinic.
