Wine Cellar

Wine Cellar is a home winemaking companion designed to help hobbyists plan, organise and follow each batch from preparation to bottling and ageing. Create a new wine from a ready-made recipe or add an existing batch. The app builds a production schedule and keeps upcoming tasks in its internal calendar, with reminders for fermentation checks, racking, SG measurements, bottling and other stages. Use Wine Lab+ for practical calculations and measurements: estimate ABV from OG and FG, convert Brix/°Blg and SG, correct hydrometer readings for temperature, record SG history and monitor fermentation trends. Wine Cellar also includes step-by-step guides, equipment guidance and explanations of common winemaking measurements and processes. Ready-made recipes can be scaled to your chosen fruit quantity and sweetness profile, while custom recipes let you organise your own methods. Each batch has its own record with stage, volume, notes, measurements and production schedule. Generate printable QR labels to identify wines and open batch details quickly, and create bottle labels when a wine is finished. A virtual taste tester helps you record sweetness, acidity/sharpness, fruit intensity and warning signs during production. Your cellar data is stored locally on your device. You can export a portable backup of your library and restore it later.
