Meeting minutes are completed with a single record button.
RecallNote AI is an AI memo app that converts audio into text (dictation) when you record meetings, lectures, interviews, or ideas, and automatically organizes decisions, tasks, schedules, and attendees along with an AI summary.
All processing takes place within your mobile phone.
■ Automatic Meeting Minutes Generation — Just Record
Meeting minutes like this are created immediately after the meeting ends.
One-paragraph AI summary, key points, and major keywords
Decision: "We decided to prioritize the development of the OCR function" → Organized as a decision
Task: Person in charge and deadline ("Assistant Manager Lee Ji-eun by October 7" → Person in charge/Deadline)
Schedule: "Meeting next Monday at 2 PM" → Organized as date and time
Risk/Unresolved Questions: Open-ended questions such as "It hasn't been decided yet"
Automatic classification of attendees and projects
Recording and dictation continue even if you turn off the screen or use other apps. ■ Speech-to-Text (STT) · Dictation
Text accumulates in real-time while recording.
It also imports previously recorded audio files and converts them into text.
If you use an offline speech recognition model, dictation is possible even without an internet connection.
The recording time is attached to each sentence, allowing you to listen to that part again by tapping it.
■ AI Summary with Evidence
Both the AI summary and tasks point to a single original sentence. Tapping it takes you to that sentence.
Items confirmed exactly as they appear in the original text are marked as "Confirmed in Records," while items with an estimated date (e.g., "Sometime this week" → "Friday") are marked as "AI Estimated."
We do not use generative AI that fabricates content not found in the original text.
■ AI Search that Questions My Records
If you ask questions like "What I promised CEO Kim last month," "What needs to be done next week," or "What I decided this month,"
it understands the person, timeframe, and type, searches through meeting minutes and memos, and displays the information along with the evidence.
Word search, which finds "meeting" along with "conference" when searching for "meeting," is always free. ■ Task Management · Schedule Calendar
View tasks found from recordings and memos by Today, Scheduled, Past, Person in Charge, and Project.
You can mark tasks as completed, change deadlines, and add tasks manually.
Check schedules by date on the calendar and add them to your mobile calendar app all at once.
It notifies you of today's deadlines and schedules once in the morning, and does not ring on days when there are no announcements.
■ Memos · Photos · Documents as a Single Memory
Notepad: Write down your notes to find tasks and decisions.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR): Whiteboards, handwriting, business cards, and receipts.
PDF · Image Documents: Summarize and find dates, amounts, and tasks.
Recorded meeting minutes, memos, and documents are linked by project and person, making them easy to find again.
■ Memory by Person · Project
Collect recent conversations, appointments, and tasks for each person mentioned in the records, such as "CEO Kim" or "Team Leader Park."
Memory minutes are automatically grouped by mentioned projects, such as "AI App Project." ■ Privacy Protection · On-Device AI
