Refresh lets you check in each morning, record how you feel and notice the habits that help you start your day better. MORNING CHECK-INS Choose how you feel when you wake up, write a quick reflection and build a history of your fresh starts. MORNING DUAS Start your day with meaningful Islamic supplications, including Arabic, transliteration and English meaning. APP BLOCKING Stay focused after your alarm by temporarily blocking distracting apps during your wake-up routine. App Blocking uses Android’s Accessibility Service to detect when a selected app is opened and show the blocking screen. Accessibility access is optional and is only required if you choose to enable App Blocking. Accessibility data is processed on your device and is not collected or shared.
