PDF editor for real document tasks: edit supported PDF text, redact sensitive content, extract OCR text from five writing systems, merge files, scan pages, fill forms and sign with a visible drawn mark. PDF processing runs on your device; no account is required. EDIT AND REDACT PDFS • Correct supported existing text and replace page images with new content. • Add vector text, images, handwriting, highlights, notes, arrows, stamps, links and a visible signature. • Redact selected areas or find exact selectable-text matches. Redaction creates a sanitized, image-based copy. OCR, SCAN AND CONVERT • Extract OCR text from scanned PDFs in Latin, Devanagari, Chinese, Japanese or Korean scripts, offline. • Create a searchable PDF with an OCR text layer for supported Latin-script scans only. • Scan multi-page paper documents with automatic edge detection, perspective correction and filters. • Convert JPG images to PDF; export PDF pages as JPG or PNG; extract selectable text and embedded images. • Convert supported text in DOCX, XLSX and PPTX files to a vector PDF offline. Complex layout, images and macros are not preserved. MERGE, SPLIT AND ORGANIZE PAGES • Merge PDFs in the order you choose; split documents, extract pages and reorder, rotate, remove, reverse or duplicate pages. • Add blank pages and crop page boxes without rasterizing page contents. READ, FILL AND PROTECT • Read PDFs offline with search, zoom, thumbnails and session bookmarks. • Fill interactive forms and flatten completed forms. • Protect a PDF with a password or remove protection from a file when you know its password. • Create an offline extractive summary from selectable text. CHECK AND MANAGE DOCUMENTS • Edit PDF title, author, subject and keyword metadata. • Inspect digital-signature structure and check common accessibility and PDF/A readiness indicators. FILES AND PRIVACY PDF operations run on your device; documents are not uploaded for processing. The app contains ads. From version 2.4.2, usage analytics and crash reporting are on by default, with separate controls to turn them off in Settings. Saved opt-outs are respected, and analytics is subject to consent. Earlier versions default both off. Advertising and optional diagnostics may use the network. IMPORTANT LIMITS Text corrections must fit supported original fonts and PDF structures; some scanned, tagged or nested text may not be editable, and paragraphs do not reflow. Content editing is not redaction. Office conversion keeps supported text, not complex layout, images or macros. OCR and summaries can contain errors. Redaction produces a sanitized image-based copy; review it before sharing. Searchable PDF supports Latin-script OCR only. Accessibility, PDF/A and signature reports are structural checks, not certification or identity verification. Keep the original and review every result.
