First release: Calm Now for anxious moments, a personal 16-week programme built from a short assessment, and short daily sessions with CBT-based skills.
CBT-based skills for worry and overthinking, plus Calm Now for hard moments.
Calm Anxiety: Blisswell is a self-help app for anxiety. It helps you understand how anxiety works and build practical skills for worry, overthinking and tense moments, with a personal 16-week program of short daily sessions and Calm Now, guided support for when anxiety rises. Developed and reviewed by licensed clinical psychologist Murat Yön, the app draws on cognitive behavioral (CBT) approaches and explains the reason behind every practice. CALM NOW: HELP FOR HARD MOMENTS Open Calm Now at any time, with no account. Choose what is happening and follow one short guided step: • My thoughts are racing: hear the thought without arguing with it • My body is tense: loosen your grip, one area at a time • Breathing exercises: easy in, gently out • Grounding: the 5-4-3-2-1 senses exercise • My anxiety is high: let it be there, then return to what matters • I want to reach someone: a short step towards a person you trust If you are not safe or need urgent support, the app opens support resources for your region straight away. A 16-WEEK PROGRAM SHAPED BY YOUR ANSWERS Answer a few short questions (skip any you like) and your personal plan takes shape: 16 modules, one a week, 7 sessions each, 112 sessions in all. The order of some modules adjusts to your answers. Progress follows the steps you complete, not the calendar, so taking a break breaks nothing. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN • How anxiety works and why the body's alarm goes off • How attention narrows and how to redirect it without a fight • Thoughts as thoughts, not verdicts • Worry versus problem-solving, including worry time for overthinking • Why uncertainty feels so uncomfortable and how to move with it • Safety behaviors, avoidance and small steps you choose yourself • Reassurance-seeking versus real connection • Anxiety at night and thoughts before sleep • Your own coping plan to keep SHORT SESSIONS, AT YOUR PACE Each session takes a few minutes: a short idea, a question to reflect on and, most days, a small practice for everyday life. Choose the daily length that suits you. Nothing is compulsory: you can shrink a step, postpone it or drop it. WHAT YOU WRITE STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE What you write, your answers, your plan and your Calm Now notes are stored only on your device. An account is optional and only needed to subscribe; the cloud then holds just your email, language and subscription status. Reminders are optional and never mention anxiety on your lock screen. You can export or delete your data, and delete your account, from inside the app. WHO IT IS FOR Adults (18+) who want to understand constant worry, overthinking, tension in the body, avoidance, nerves around people, exams or performance, or thoughts that race at night. You do not need a diagnosis to be curious about how anxiety works. Available in English, Spanish and Turkish. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Premium unlocks the full 16-module program. Price, duration and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen. The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them any time in Google Play. A subscription covers this app only.
