All Halacha times for the day — a living solar rainbow, Hebrew date and counting the Omer, without internet
Zvamnim shows you all the halachic times for the day — from dawn to sunset — in a clean interface with a sundial that moves in real time. What's inside • Live sundial — the sun moves on the sundial according to the hour. You can see in a second where we are in the day, and when the next time is. • All times — dawn, shekir, sunrise (sunrise), end of Shema time, end of prayer time, midnight, large mincha, small mincha, peleg hamincha, sunset and sunset. • Hebrew date — the Hebrew date of the day at the top of the screen, with the foreign date and day of the week. • Counting the Omer — during the Omer season, the blessing and the full count in gematria: "Today is three and twenty days, which is three weeks and two days for the Omer." • Location selection — choose a featured city (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Kiryat Gat and more). Times are calculated according to longitude and latitude. • Day length and temporary hour — at the bottom of the screen, the length of the day in hours and minutes and the length of the temporary hour. Works even in airplane mode All calculations are done on the device, according to NOAA formulas for astronomical calculation of the sun's position. No network connection is required, and there are no ads. Design A clean Hebrew interface, from right to left, with calm blue tones. Emphasis on readability — the next time is always prominent. Who is it for • Anyone who needs to know the prayer and sunset times • Anyone who wants accurate times according to their location • Anyone who wants to count the Omer with a full blessing Accuracy The times were compared to the published times for Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Kiryat Gat. For Sabbath times and actual halachah — check with a certified board. The app does not decide on halachic disputes. Privacy No account, no registration and no server. Preferences are saved on the device only. The location permission is optional and is only used to suggest the nearest city — it is not saved or sent anywhere.
