AutoTimecard is an automatic time clock for your phone. Register the places you work, and your clock-in and clock-out times are recorded as you arrive and leave: no punching in, no daily taps. Your timesheet builds itself, ready to export as PDF, Excel or CSV. HOW IT WORKS • Add a workplace by searching an address or dropping a pin, and choose its radius. • When your phone enters or leaves that area, the time is saved as your clock-in or clock-out. Android reports it even when the app is closed. • Start or end a shift by hand whenever you want. No account and no login. BUILT FOR REAL WORKDAYS • Nothing to confirm each day. Records are saved as they happen. • When the phone could not tell, for example a missed exit, the record is marked Estimated or Unknown. It is never silently filled in, and never turned into an absence or a break. • Add, correct or delete any record by hand. Your corrections are never overwritten by automatic estimates. • Several shifts a day, night shifts kept as one record, more than one workplace or employer. HOURS AND REPORTS • A monthly report with total work hours, days worked and a daily chart, with a cutoff date per employer. • Export PDF, Excel (XLSX), CSV or plain text and send your timesheet to your employer, payroll or accountant. • Optional pay estimate from your own hourly rate, with night and weekend rates. It is an estimate, not payroll and not legal advice. TEAMS • Create a team, invite members with a QR code or link, and share workplace settings. • Admins see who is in right now, each member's clock-in and clock-out times, late arrivals and overtime, and a monthly team report. • Team data is encrypted with the team passphrase; the server cannot read it. Members' locations are never shared. PRIVACY • Location is used only to detect arrivals and departures at the workplaces you turn on. Your route between places is not recorded, and your location never leaves your phone. • Turn automatic recording off for any workplace, or entirely, at any time. • No ads and no cross-app tracking. Usage data and crash reports (never your location, workplaces, names or record times) help improve the app; turn them off in Settings. • Back up and restore your records as a file. Available in 34 languages. Automatic detection relies on Android and can be delayed or missed. It shows that your phone was at a place, not what you were doing there. SUBSCRIPTION Automatic recording is included in an auto-renewing yearly subscription (personal plan, or a team plan the team admin buys for the whole team, valid for members on any phone), with a one-month free trial for new subscribers. Manual records, viewing, correcting and exporting never need a subscription, and your records stay yours if a subscription ends. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase and renews each year unless cancelled at least a day before the end of the period.
