Licensed HVAC, plumbing & electrical pros. Fair quotes, real-time job tracking
Something broke. You don't want to call five contractors, get five different stories, and still not know what it'll cost. Aniva is the fastest way to get a real quote from a licensed, vetted professional for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work - then track the whole job in one place. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell Aniva what's going on. Describe the problem, add a photo, and our assistant asks the right follow-up questions (same ones a real technician would ask). 2. Get a clear estimate. A real person reviews your request and sends you a price before any work is scheduled. No surprise charges when the technician shows up. 3. Approve and get matched. Once you approve the estimate, a licensed local contractor takes the job and assigns a technician. 4. Track everything. See job status in real time - scheduled, technician on the way, in progress, done. Message your technician or our team directly in the app. 5. Approve the finished work. Review photos of the completed job, leave feedback, and pay securely in the app. WHY ANIVA - Licensed and vetted contractors only - we check licensing and insurance before anyone joins the network. - Upfront pricing - you see the estimate before you commit, not after. - Everything in one chat - no juggling phone calls, texts, and voicemails with different people. - Photo and video documentation - see proof of the work at every stage, not just a promise. - Built-in reviews - rate your technician and the job, so quality stays high over time. FOR CONTRACTORS AND TECHNICIANS Run your own HVAC, plumbing, or electrical business? Aniva sends you qualified local leads with a real scope of work attached - not just a name and phone number. Accept jobs, assign technicians, manage your schedule, and get paid, all from the same app. Solo operators welcome - you can act as both the contractor and the technician on your own jobs. WHAT ANIVA HANDLES - HVAC (heating, cooling, installation, and repair) - Plumbing - Electrical - General handyman requests Aniva is currently available in the SF Bay Area, US.
