Route, visit, sell and collect — the offline field-sales app for Fast Retail.
Fast Field is the companion app for sales reps, van-sales teams and merchandisers who spend their day on the road. It turns a phone into a rep's whole kit: the day's route, the customer's history, the price list, the order pad and the receipt book — and it keeps working when the signal doesn't. Fast Field is an add-on for businesses already running Fast Retail. You'll sign in with the account your office gives you. YOUR DAY, PLANNED • Start your shift and see today's stops in order, straight from the office's plan. • No plan for today? Fast Field builds one for you — shops that owe money first, then whatever's nearest. • Check in when you arrive and check out with an outcome: took an order, no order, shop closed, or something else. • End the day with a shift summary: stops covered, visits made, orders written, cash collected. TAKE ORDERS FROM THE CATALOGUE • Browse the full product catalogue with your business's own pricing. • Tap to build a basket, review it, and save it as a draft invoice for the office to confirm. • See every invoice you've written — list and full detail, including the lines — without leaving the shop. • Orders are stamped with your name, so your commission is tracked. COLLECT PAYMENTS ON THE SPOT • Record a payment against a customer and see their outstanding balance update. • Payments are applied to the oldest open invoices automatically, so the ledger stays clean. • Take cash with no signal — it uploads itself the moment you're back online. EVERY CUSTOMER IN YOUR POCKET • Full customer list with balances, ordered for the way you actually work. • Add a new shop on the spot: pin its exact location with one tap and attach a photo of the storefront. • Open a customer to see their balance, their location on the map and their invoices. BUILT TO WORK WITH NO SIGNAL This is not an app that shows a spinner in a basement. Every screen reads from the phone, not the network: • Customers, catalogue, prices and invoices are stored on the device. • New customers, orders, payments and photos are saved instantly and queued. • The queue uploads in the background as soon as there's a connection, in the right order, and is duplicate-safe — the same order can never be sent twice. • Settings shows exactly what's still waiting to sync and flags anything the office rejected. LOCATION SHARING — ONLY WHILE YOU'RE ON SHIFT Fast Field shares your location with your office so supervisors can see the team on a live map and confirm visits. • Location is collected only while your shift is open — including when the app is in the background or the screen is off, so tracking survives a phone in a pocket. • A permanent notification is on screen the entire time location is being collected. • End your shift and collection stops immediately. Nothing is recorded off shift, on your own time. • Location is used only for route tracking, visit check-ins and pinning customer addresses. It is never sold or shared with anyone outside your business. WORKS THE WAY YOUR BUSINESS IS SET UP • Sign in once and pick your business and branch — reps covering more than one are supported. • Amounts show in your business's own currency. • The office decides what you can do; the app follows those permissions. WHAT YOU NEED • An account on Fast Retail, issued by your business. • Fast Field switched on for your business (an admin does this under Settings → Features). • Android 7.0 or newer. Fast Field doesn't replace your back office — it's the road half of it. Everything a rep does lands in the same system the office is already looking at, in real time when there's signal and the moment there is when there isn't.
