With the app, you can analyze your lifestyle and set health goals. Take advantage of competitions, challenges, workouts, recipes, informative articles, quizzes, service information, and much more related to workplace health promotion. Lifestyle Analysis: The app helps you analyze your lifestyle. Answer questions about your health behavior and calculate your lifestyle score. Evaluations and Recommendations: You will receive information, assessments, and recommendations on the lifestyle areas of endurance, strength, inactivity, nutrition, well-being, stress, sleep, and smoking. Goals and Tips: Develop healthy habits by setting and tracking goals based on personalized recommendations. Benefit from practical tips for both your professional and personal life. Opportunities to Improve Your Health Behavior: Get active and improve your health behavior with the app. Exercises, meditations, and recipes are available to you, among other things. Competitions: Participate in group competitions organized by your employer. Try to win first place together with your colleagues. Activity: You can automatically import steps, active minutes, floors climbed, and distance from Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, and other trackers into the app. With Apple Health, you can use your smartphone as a pedometer. Weekly tasks and rewards: Complete weekly tasks to earn points in the form of hearts. You can exchange the hearts for rewards. Health information and services: In the app, you'll also find short articles, videos, quizzes, and surveys on health topics, as well as various service information from your AOK. Corporate health management: Companies can integrate their corporate health initiatives into the app and use it as a communication channel to keep their employees informed about offers and news at any time.
