Built on a modern foundation, with the highest security and compliance standards (BSI C5 compliant), and a platform designed for years to come, not just months. With CareSmart, caregivers can record their services directly at the client's location – quickly, in compliance with MDK (Medical Service of the Statutory Health Insurance Funds) regulations, and without any media breaks. The app serves as the interface to the CareSocial® cloud-based care software and synchronizes routes, client, and service data with the care service management system in real time.
