First release.
Indoor cycling plan that knows your shift roster. Offline, no account needed.
Your training plan should follow your shift roster. Not the other way round. Every training plan assumes a week where Tuesday is always Tuesday. If you work shifts, you know how that ends: the hard interval lands on your 24-hour shift, and two weeks later the plan is waste paper. VO2max Training Engine reads your roster from your phone's calendar and puts the hard sessions where you can actually ride them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Export the activity file from your Garmin or Strava account and point the app at it. It reads your volume, heart rate and power, and estimates your FTP. 2. Thirteen short pages on goal, available time, roster, resilience and safety. Anything the file already told the app is filled in for you. 3. A finished plan over 4 to 24 weeks — with build blocks, recovery weeks, test weeks and a taper. WHAT YOU GET OUT • .zwo for Zwift and MyWhoosh • .mrc and .erg for Rouvy • .ics for your calendar • The whole plan as a designed PDF for printing • All of it in one ZIP file, one folder per platform Every format has been opened and checked on the target platform itself — not merely generated. ALSO INCLUDED • Interval timer with sound and vibration: target power, target heart rate and the time left in the current block while you ride • Overview with FTP, estimated VO2max and this week's progress • Calendar preview across the whole plan • A look back at the weeks you have ridden • Several athlete profiles and several plans • German and English NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE This app has no permission to reach the internet — it does not even contain the code that could. No account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reports. Check the permission list yourself: read and write calendar, and only when you trigger it — for the shift roster, the calendar preview or writing sessions into your calendar. Plus vibrate, for the timer. Nothing else – apart from “Google Play license check”, which Google Play adds itself when it delivers the app. That is not a promise. Anyone can verify it in two seconds. BUY ONCE, DON'T RENT No subscription, no in-app purchase. You buy the app once and calculate as many plans as you like — now and in three years. BEFORE YOUR FIRST PLAN The app asks about symptoms under exertion and about medical advice. If something speaks against it, no plan is created. That block is in the free demo too — putting a health check behind a paywall is the one mistake you must not make with an app like this. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. VO2max intervals are maximal efforts. If you are unsure, get it checked first. INDOOR CYCLING ONLY No running, no swimming, no outdoor rides. The app does one thing, and does it properly. TRY IT FIRST "VO2max Training Engine - Demo" is free, plans in full over up to 24 weeks, and ships with a ready-made sample week for Zwift, MyWhoosh and Rouvy. It requests exactly one permission: vibrate.
