Nextcloud Attendance

Know who is coming – to every rehearsal, training session and meeting. Attendance collects replies up front, records who actually turned up at check-in, and breaks every response down by your groups. All on your own Nextcloud server. SELF-CHECK-IN BY QR CODE OR NFC Put a printed code on the door or stick an NFC tag beside it. People scan or tap as they arrive and the attendance list fills itself. One code covers every appointment – the app matches the scan to whichever one is running. Nobody stands at the entrance with a list any more. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS New appointments, reminders and replies arrive right away. Your server encrypts the message; our relay only forwards it and cannot open it. ANSWER ON THE GO • Yes, no or maybe with one swipe, with an optional comment • Change or withdraw a reply at any time • Unanswered appointments first, the count as a badge on the icon • Response summary by group and team, with everyone's comments CREATE AND MANAGE APPOINTMENTS • Recurring appointments: daily, weekly or monthly • Category, location and a description with Markdown • Attachments straight from Nextcloud Files • Restrict visibility to individual people, groups or teams • Response deadlines, automatic reminders, guests invited by email • Copy, cancel, close and reopen appointments CHECK PEOPLE IN • Search by name, filter by status • One tap per person, sorted by group or team • Check-in summary right inside the appointment FOR EVERY KIND OF GROUP Choir, orchestra, sports club, fire brigade, congregation, volunteers: the app shows not only how many are coming but who, from which group. Twelve yeses do not help when the basses are missing. ALSO IN THE APP • Several Nextcloud accounts side by side • Calendar subscription for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook • Light and dark, following your system YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • Everything lives on your own Nextcloud server • Sign-in through Nextcloud Login Flow: your password never reaches us • No account with us, no trackers, no ads, no third-party SDKs • Credentials encrypted in the device keychain WHAT YOU NEED A Nextcloud server running version 32 or later with the free Attendance app installed, and your own account on it. NFC check-in needs a device with an NFC reader. PRICING Free for 30 days, no payment details. After that a personal licence just for you, or one licence covering your whole Nextcloud – every licence includes every feature.
