HOW THE ENCRYPTION WORKS • The vault is encrypted with AES-256-GCM; the key is derived from your master password with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 and 210,000 iterations • The master password is stored nowhere and never leaves the device • Google Drive receives only the already encrypted vault file, in your own private app storage — the developer has no access to it • Screenshots and the recent-apps preview are blocked inside the app PLEASE READ • If you forget your master password, the vault cannot be recovered. That is the price of encryption without a backdoor — keep an encrypted export in a safe place. • Google Drive sync is optional and stays off until you connect an account.
