Box & 4-7-8 breathing that keeps going with the screen off, on phone and watch.
Breathe Easy is a breathing-exercise timer that keeps going when your screen is locked. Pick a rhythm, lock the phone, put it face down and breathe: the sound cues and the haptics carry on, and the lock screen shows the phase. FREE, FOREVER • Box breathing (4·4·4·4) and 4-7-8, unlimited sessions • Singing bowl sound cues, gentle haptics, sessions of 1, 3, 5 or 10 minutes • Start your last practice from a home screen widget or a Quick Settings tile. • An optional daily reminder, off until you switch it on. • Works offline. No account, no ads, no analytics: nothing leaves your phone. The one exception: your Pro status, custom pattern and color theme are sent to your own watch. On Wear OS, when Bluetooth is off, Google relays them end-to-end encrypted. PRO, ONE PAYMENT • All 12 practices, box and 4-7-8 plus: coherent breathing, calming exhale, triangle, equal breathing, pursed-lip pacing, long exhale, slow resonance, extended box, physiological sigh and a custom pattern • Your own rhythm: breaths 1 to 20 seconds, holds 0 to 20 seconds • Kalimba, chimes, guitar and handpan sound themes, four more color themes, and every theme added later No subscription, no renewals, nothing to cancel. Pay once and it's yours. ON YOUR WRIST On a Wear OS watch, Breathe Easy taps out every phase on your wrist, so you can breathe with your eyes closed, and keeps going when the screen dims. Start it from a tile or a watch face complication. The free practices work on the watch on their own; Pro, your custom pattern and your color theme come from your phone. WHY IT KEEPS GOING Breathe Easy runs the session like a music player, so Android keeps it alive with the screen off and shows Pause and Stop on the lock screen. Tested through 10-minute sessions with the phone locked and idle. CALM BY DESIGN One screen, one orb that breathes with you, a countdown you can read from across the room, and nothing that nags: no streaks, no pop-ups, and the daily reminder stays off unless you turn it on. In English, Ukrainian, Polish, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
