Home management app
DoBu is a home management platform for new development homeowners, provided by the real estate developer. AI search: - Get instant answers to technical questions based on your home's documentation. Instead of waiting for a response from the developer or googling incorrect models. For example: How do I regulate the room temperature? (The answer includes a description and a diagram of the thermostat button meanings). Maintenance reminders: - A clear overview of what's happening in your home through reminders about maintenance activities. For example: Ventilation filter replacement every 6 months. Home information: - Home furnishings are listed as products, showing the specific model number and references for ordering replacement parts/new products. For example: Ventilation filter model (plus a link to a website where you can order it) or door model, manufacturer, and color code. Warranty cases: - A simple process for submitting warranty claims and a clear overview of their status. - When submitting a warranty claim, the AI will clarify it with questions to ensure a complete description and avoid being bothered by the builder later. In DoBu, warranty issues are easily listed as separate cases and their progress is visible.
