TaskFlow connects your tasks to a schedule. Give every task a planned start and end, see your day on a visual timeline, and keep notes beside the work. This beta is under integration validation. Language support for 22 locales is being staged and reviewed; translation and device coverage are not yet complete. PLAN WITH TIME Every task needs a scheduled time window. There is no unscheduled inbox or preset library. Use the daily timeline and monthly calendar to plan ahead. If time blocks overlap, TaskFlow warns you and lets you keep the overlap; it does not prevent double-booking. NOTES, STEPS AND TIMERS Add notes to tasks and subtasks. Use checklists, counted repetitions and timed tasks to describe the work. Duplicate an existing task into a new scheduled window with fresh progress. Duplication is not a reusable templates library. FREE DAILY ROUTINES, CUSTOM RECURRENCE WITH PRO One-off tasks and daily recurrence are free. Creating or changing any custom recurrence requires Pro, including intervals longer than one day, selected weekdays and monthly patterns. Custom recurrence is not a free feature. ANDROID REMINDERS AND WIDGETS Use available task controls in Android notifications and see your plan in home-screen widgets. Notification permission, exact-alarm access and Android channel, lock-screen and battery settings affect delivery and available controls. Optional calendar access can show selected device-calendar events alongside your plan; these are read-only overlays, not TaskFlow cloud sync. PROGRESS FROM YOUR TASK HISTORY Review completed work, recorded timer time, completion rates and consistency. Statistics count standalone tasks and subtasks, not parent containers or each counted repetition as extra completed tasks. Pro adds extended reporting options. Reports describe recorded work, not inferred interruptions. There is no Streak Freeze inventory. LOCAL TASKS AND MANUAL FILE BACKUPS Task data is stored on your device and local planning does not require an account. Export a JSON archive to a file you choose. Restore validates the archive and, after confirmation, replaces current task data. Backups are manual and file-only; TaskFlow does not automatically back up or sync tasks to the cloud. Keep your own backup copies. Store and platform services may use network connections; this listing does not promise that every third-party SDK is telemetry-free.
