Your training history on your phone — log, import, and see the progress.
Busy Days: Training Trends is a simple place to keep your workout history on your phone and see how your training is actually trending. Log a session in seconds, review your history on Home, and open Insights for a rolling last-7-days summary with encouraging week-over-week context. Numbers first, supportive copy second — no guilt, no streak pressure. Log what matters: activity, start time, duration, distance, notes, and a 1–5 star rating. Your Home screen shows your newest sessions first, personal bests for tracked sports, and optional rolling 7-day goal progress for sessions, active time, or distance. Use Trends to look beyond the week. Explore 30, 90, 180, and 365-day views with charts, filters, and summaries as your history grows, so long-term patterns are easier to notice. On Android, Health Connect import is optional. First sync can bring in your exercise history; later syncs add new sessions only, skip duplicates, and keep any edits you made in Training Trends. Sync manually from Home or Settings, or turn on foreground auto-sync when you open the app. Customise the sport list to match what you actually do. Pick from built-in activities (run, walk, cycle, swim, strength, other) or add your own custom sports. Switch between English and Finnish, choose light, dark, or system appearance, and export your full workout history anytime as JSON or CSV. Everything stays on your device. No sign-up. No subscription. No cloud workout sync. Your training history is yours. ─── KEY FEATURES ─── • Fast manual logging — activity type, start time, duration, distance, notes, and 1–5 star rating • Android Health Connect import — sync from Home or Settings; incremental after first sync • Duplicate-safe imports — the same Health Connect session is not added twice • Edit or delete any session — including imported workouts; your edits stay when you sync again • Home history — newest sessions first, star ratings inline, activity filters, and personal bests • Session detail — see duration, distance, notes, source, and missing fields clearly • Insights — rolling last 7 days compared with the prior 7 days, plus encouraging context • Trends — 30, 90, 180, and 365-day views with charts and filters as your history grows • Rolling 7-day goals — optional targets for sessions, active time, or distance • Custom sports — use built-in activities or add your own • Export workouts — JSON or CSV via share sheet • English and Finnish — switch in Settings or choose on first launch • Light and dark themes — choose manually or follow your device • Offline-first — all workout history is stored locally; no account needed ─── PERMISSIONS ─── Health Connect access is optional.
