About this app
A humanitarian app connecting people in need with support and assistance
Read full description
Pomozimo Zajedno is a humanitarian mobile application that connects people in need with a humanitarian organization, volunteers, and donors. The application is intended for individuals and families facing difficult life situations and provides organizational, informational, and psychosocial support. It allows users to submit requests for help, communicate with support teams, track the status of requests, and take part in humanitarian activities. Through the application, users can request assistance related to accommodation or other forms of support, follow the progress of their requests, and securely store personal documents for administrative purposes. The application does not provide medical advice, medical diagnoses, or clinical decision-making and does not replace healthcare professionals or medical services. All features are designed with a focus on simplicity, security, and user control over personal data. The application was developed in collaboration with the humanitarian organization Fra Mladen Hrkać, which has been supporting individuals and families in difficult life circumstances for many years. Our mission is to make humanitarian help accessible to everyone — anytime, anywhere.
